My name is Sophia, I am excited to be your stylist. I believe all protective styles should be lightweight, pain-free, tension-free and water friendly and as a convenience to my client, I provide all hair for your service to save you time and stress. • Your hair needs to be at least 4 inches long.
• I DO NOT wash hair, please come with your hair washed and blow dried from root to bottom. If you are against heat, make sure it's untangled properly, dried and twisted. if you desire to have maximum sleekness, additional straightening is strongly encouraged. I do not want to have to fight with your hair. Please make sure your hair is properly untangled and manageable. Failure to wash and blow dry at the time of your appointment will result in a decline of service. No exceptions.
• ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
• NO EXTRA PEOPLE are allowed at your appointment, no exceptions.
• HAIR AND ACCESSORIES ARE INCLUDED IN MY PRICES.
• Standard size can be considered medium, which are (75-80 locs). Small parts are an additional $100 which are (80-100 locs).
• A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED THROUGH PAYPAL OR CASH APP.
• I work from home and i live in Austin, Texas
• Please note that during your appointment, pictures and video may be taken WITH YOUR PERMISSION to showcase your completed style.
• Once your appointment is completed as booked you will receive a detailed email with the address to my place with other information. Also if your hair is past shoulder length or past arm-pit length your can’t book Mid-back length styles

LATE POLICY

• After being 20 minutes late, an additional $30 fee will be added to your remaining balance. Please be considerate of my time and how my schedule is always tight especially on weekends.

• Absolutely no changes can be made to style or color within 48 hours of your appointment. Please make sure you are certain of the style and color you want when scheduling your appointment.
• Absolutely no moving appointment without confirmation beforehand. Doing so without prior confirmation will result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
  
  COVID-19 POLICIES
  • A mask is expected to be worn during the whole process of getting your hair done. I will be wearing one as well.
  • if you think you are sick or have been around sick people, you can also reschedule. Protecting you, the clients and the people in my surroundings including myself are the top priority.
  • If you also travel out of state during this time, and you didn't take a test confirming that you are negative, you can also reschedule or cancel your appointment.
